About Us

It all started with a simple conversation at a Dayton Flyers basketball game—and ended with the purchase of our first Soak-N-Suds Car Wash in Piqua, Ohio, back in June 2019. From that moment, our families saw an opportunity to take an older car wash and make it something special again. By updating it with modern technology and a fresh commitment to quality, we turned it into a place our community could be proud of.

Soak-N-Suds is locally owned and operated by the Potts and Sink families, two families who may not share the same last name, but share a friendship that’s just as close as family. You’ll often find us—and our kids—working side by side at our locations. It’s important to us that our children see what it means to take pride in their work, their environment, and the people they serve.

We love being part of this community—supporting local businesses, sponsoring youth sports, and giving back to local nonprofit groups. Chances are, our kids and yours have shared the same field, diamond, or court!
